Level 1
Don’t touch your phone for 24 hours.

Level 2
Remove every social media app from your phone for 7 days (you may use a browser).

Level 3
Turn off all internet connection (Wifi and Data Usage) – on all personal devices – for 24 hours.

Level 4
Turn off all screens before 18:00, fve days in a row and put all devices in one place outside bedroom (sunday-thursday).

Level 5
Turn off all internet connection (Wifi and Data Usage) – on all personal devices – for 7 days.

Level 6
Delete one of your social media accounts.

Level 7
Follow the 12:12-routine.
